Ā TheĀ Horizon deckĀ is the 6th deck to be released byĀ North Scooters, and itās the best yet.Ā
In designing this deck, we took influence from both the Atlas and Transit to create something familiar but new. It features aĀ thickness of 24mmĀ which we found to be the perfect in between of the thickness of both the atlas (25.6mm) and Transit (20mm). It also featuresĀ thicker and more rounded dropouts for even better 5-0 grinds. For the headtube the whole team decided we wanted aĀ simpler headtube designĀ that took up less foot space on the deck, we ended up with a simple yet stylishĀ 3d forged headtubeĀ that isĀ lighter than the previousĀ headtube to create perfect balance in the horizon deck. For the foot plate, we stuck with theĀ flat bottomĀ as we felt it really is the best way to do a scooter deck, smoother grinds, no hang ups and perfect overall feel.
AtĀ NorthĀ we have perfected the process of both creating and manufacturing these decks, therefore the horizon is set to beĀ our best product yetĀ and we couldnāt be more excited for you to get your hands on it.
